Requirements:
1. Must be a student and provincial residents. Manila residents are also welcome.
2. 2 Valid IDs.
3. 1 ATM to be surrendered to our Office. We will return it after you completed the payments.

4.Must have an existing Friendster, Multiply, Ebay, Sulit & TipidPC account.
Procedures:
1. Fill up Order Form after choosing an item at our Pricelist.
2. We will send Application Form & Contract to your email.
3. Send the signed Contract, Application form, photocopy of 2 Valid IDs and ATM card to our office address
via courier for our Provincial Buyers. Students residing in Manila, may dop by my office to submit requirements.
4. Follow the payment schedule indicated in our Contract. For every deposit you made, please inform us to update your
record.
6. Once you completed the payment schedule, release will be day after. Please note that shipping fee is shouldered by
the buyer.
7. We will release the item together with your ATM.
Note:
* Signing the contract means you agree with our Terms & Conditions.
* If you want to discontinue this plan, only half of the amount of deposited will be refunded since we already
purchased the item. Should be 1 week prior notice.
* 3 consecutive non payment without notice, deposited amount will not be refunded.
* For request of extension, must send a formal signed letter, 1 week before the payment schedule.
* No changing of items.
* No return of items unless Factory Defects.
* No missed and delayed payments will have a Special Discount.

For students, I suggest to apply BPI Express Cash, for only 120 Php you can have the ATM card. It has no Maintaining
