For prices BELOW P 15,000:
30% Down payment, remaining balance 4 gives in 2 Months

For prices ABOVE P 15,000:
50% Down payment, remaining balance 4 gives in 2 Months

For prices ABOVE P 20,000:
60% Down payment, remaining balance 4 gives in 2 Months

Requirements:

1. Payslip
2. 2 IDs (Front & Back) (1 Company & 1 Government ID) of Buyer & Co Maker
3. Proof of Billing
4. Sketch of your House from EDSA. (Must be true & accurate for CI purpose)
5. 1 Frontview Photo of your House.
6. Application Form ( given to sure buyers )
7. Metro Manila Resident
8. Works at Metro Manila
9. Must have account in Ebay, Sulit and TipiPC.
10. Must add our Multiply Account.

Mode of Payment:

Down payment:

1st part: P500.00, day before we order your item. (This is to ensure that there will be no last minute cancellation of order) Options: BDO Deposit / Smart Money / Drop by my office in Dian St. I will issue receipts as per request. If you have doubts, kindly refer to my clients' feedback.

2nd part: 1 day after the 1st deposit. remaining balance of the down payment

Installment:

- Must email the deposit slip on or before the due date
- Emailed deposit slips after the due date will considered as late payment.
- Every 15th and 30th only
- 5th & 20th of the month is now accepted for new applicants only.

Late Payment:

- 2% charge per day will be added to the scheduled payment due for late payments
- payment schedule is only every 15th and 30th of the month
- if you fail to pay according to the given amortization schedule, it is considered as a Late Payment

Delivery:

- Pick up of the items at my other office at Dian ST. Makati
- Every day for pick up 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Handling fee of P 200 for meet ups

Reservations:

- All orders are First come, First Serve Basis.
- Please wait for your item to be delivered or ready for pick up.
- We will confirm your order before getting the item to our supplier.
- Scheduled items for pick up are considered as SOLD.
- Buyers suddenly cancel their application when the item is at our hand is considered as a BOGUS BUYER. Beware of the consequences.
- P 500 reservation fee is none refundable.

Co Maker:

Person who, with other individual(s), guarantees a financial commitment (such as repayment of a loan). He or she is jointly and severally liable, with the other signatories (co-makers), for honoring the commitment in full.

Chosen Co Maker must be with the buyer when they pick up the item for signing of the Contract.

Quota:

- We have a quota for this program.
- In the event you already passed the requirements to us and we reached the quota, we will reserve your items and will deliver it when the program is available again. For those who are in a hurry to purchase, I suggest not to apply if you can't wait.

Warranty:

- Shop Warranty - 1 year shop warranty
- Factory Warranty - 1 year Nokia, SE, Samsung Motorola Warranty
